Summary

This memorandum contains the CCRFTA Rules of Origin Regulations that are to be used for the determination of origin of goods for the purposes of the CCRFTA tariff treatment, enacted pursuant to subsection 16(2) of the Customs Tariff. These regulations may only be used for goods imported from Costa Rica which are accounted for on or after November 1, 2002, the date of coming into force of these regulations.
