Legislative Requirements for the Presentation of Persons at a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Office

- This memorandum has been updated and outlines the eligibility criteria for various alternative programs and explains
requirements and method of presentations in an alternative manner for the following programs:
- CANPASS Air
- CANPASS Private Aircraft
- CANPASS Corporate Aircraft
- CANPASS Private Boats
- Commercial Driver Registration Program (CDRP)
- Nexus Highway
- Free and Secure Trade (FAST).
- This memorandum contains the Presentation of Persons (2003) Regulations. Revisions made to the Regulations are current to December 16, 2006.
- The Presentation of Persons (2003) Regulations replaced the Presentation of Persons (Customs) Regulations that have been repealed.
