Legislative Requirements for the Presentation of Persons at a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Office

  • This memorandum has been updated and outlines the eligibility criteria for various alternative programs and explains requirements and method of presentations in an alternative manner for the following programs:
    • CANPASS Air
    • CANPASS Private Aircraft
    • CANPASS Corporate Aircraft
    • CANPASS Private Boats
    • Commercial Driver Registration Program (CDRP)
    • Nexus Highway
    • Free and Secure Trade (FAST).
  • This memorandum contains the Presentation of Persons (2003) Regulations. Revisions made to the Regulations are current to December 16, 2006.
  • The Presentation of Persons (2003) Regulations replaced the Presentation of Persons (Customs) Regulations that have been repealed.
