Transborder General Aviation - Telephone Reporting and CANPASS Programs

2004-03-23: This memorandum has been revised to reflect changes to the definition of the authorized CANPASS only airport and to confirm that general aviation aircraft landing at an AOE after customs hours of business are subject to cost-recovery charges. There is no change to the reporting procedure.
