- This memorandum has been revised to reflect both legislative and administrative amendments, including revisions to the obscenity indicators made in keeping with changes to the law and the ever-evolving community standard of tolerance.
- This revision replaces Memorandum D9-1-1, Canada Customs and Revenue Agency's Policy on the Classification of Obscene Material, dated September 9, 2003.
