Ordering publications and forms

You can order printed copies of our forms and publications or you can print a copy for yourself.

You can order in several ways:

Online order form will allow you to choose which forms and publications you want to order and will be delivered to your address.

By telephone
To order by phone from anywhere in Canada and the United States, call 1-800-959-2221. If you're calling from outside Canada and the United States, call (204) 983-3500 or (506) 636-5064 (long distance charges apply). For TTY (Teletypewriter) service, call 1-800-665-0354 (Canada only).
