Service Standards Overview
In 2012-2013, we achieved or surpassed 30 of 44 targets. These results demonstrate our sustained commitment to meeting our clients' expectations. Where there are shortcomings, we will continue to work to improve our performance. Some results are now available by client department in 4 of our 5 service categories!
In 2013-2014, we will continue to make sure our service standards are meaningful and reasonable to clients and strive for transparency in all area.

For 2012-2013, the number of service standards with a higher target and if some results are available by client are also indicated. The table also shows the number of service standards that are in place for 2013-2014 for each of PWGSC's five Service Categories.
