Electronics, munitions and tactical systems

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is responsible for the acquisition, integration and in-service support of a wide range of complex electronics, munitions and tactical systems. This includes equipment and systems for all operating environments for not only the Canadian Armed Forces, but for the Canadian Coast Guard and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. PWGSC also acquires large and small caliber weapons and ammunition, engineering services, repair and overhaul and maintenance services and spare parts to meet federal government and foreign government requirements. It is also responsible for the management of the Munitions Supply Program.
