An exhibition of portraits is presented in recognition of Quebec artists, from all disciplines, who have made exceptional contributions to Quebec culture. The LAC Forum on Canadian Democracy and the Status of Women Canada present a day of dialogue to examine the issues surrounding women and Canadian democracy and also aboriginal women and government. The 10th annual Outaouais Film Festival, which will be held from March 14 to 21, offers moviegoers the opportunity to see 52 films from 17 countries screened in various venues across the National Capital Region.
