Quebec Region

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Quebec Region, encompasses the entire province, except for an area within a 20 to 25 kilometer radius of Gatineau.

PWGSC provides a wide range of common and administrative services to a variety of federal departments and agencies in the Quebec Region in terms of:

• Acquisitions;
• Information and technology management;
• Issuance of payments and documents on behalf of the Government of Canada;
• Linguistic services and terminology products;
• Management, consulting and training related to pay, pension and insurance activities;
• Real property.

There are approximately a thousand employees working in the Quebec Region. The Region has its main offices in Montreal and Quebec City. There are 28 service points in the Province, including the Translation Bureau.
