To apply for direct deposit, complete one of the application forms available below. Then mail your completed form to the address provided. It's that simple!

Living outside Canada? You can enrol for direct deposit using our Foreign Direct Deposit enrolment option.
Government Department Enrolment Options
If you are enroling only for specific payments issued by one government department, you can enrol directly with the department that issues those payments.
Enrolment forms and online enrolment are available from various government Web sites. The Web sites below will have instructions for completing the forms and mailing addresses where to send the completed forms.
Enrolment for Individuals
- Canada Revenue Agency (for Individuals) - Income Tax, Child Tax Benefit, GST/HST Credit, etc.
- Service Canada - Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, Employment Insurance, etc.
- Veterans Affairs Canada - Veterans Affairs Pension, Veterans Affairs Financial Benefits, etc.
- Bank of Canada - Canada Savings Bonds, Canada Premium Bonds, etc.
Enrolment for Businesses
- Canada Revenue Agency (for Businesses) - GST/HST Refunds and Rebates, etc.
- Suppliers - If you supply goods and services to the Government of Canada, please contact the departments that issues your payments so that your invoices can be paid by direct deposit.
