Client Service
The service standards, targets and results in PWGSC @ Your Service: Our Services, Standards and Results 2012-2013 represent an important part of our department's strategy to improve quality of service and strengthen the partnerships we have established with our clients across government. These standards complement other initiatives that PWGSC is pursuing such as service agreements, client satisfaction tools, integrated client engagement, more easily accessible service channels and service culture development.
As part of the Client Service Strategy, Departmental Service Agreements are being established between PWGSC and client departments and agencies.
