Phoenix, your new pay system, is now live!
The Transformation of Pay Administration (TPA) Initiative was launched in 2009 to transform the Government of Canada's pay administration system, renew business processes and consolidate pay services. Falling under the umbrella of the Transformation of Pay Administration Initiative, the Pay Modernization Project was established to replace the outdated federal pay system with a new pay and benefits solution known as Phoenix.
Phoenix had two rollout dates: February 24, 2016 and April 21, 2016. Check the Phoenix Rollout Schedule to see when Phoenix was implemented in your department!
What does Phoenix mean to you?
Phoenix features web-based self-service capabilities for employees and managers and is integrated with the endorsed Government of Canada (GC) Human Resources Management System (PeopleSoft).
