This is the second tie-in novel from the successful TV series, soon to be shown in Britain on the C4 Channel.

Bodies are being found in LA burnt from the inside out. Is this a case of spontaneous human combustion or are darker forces at work? The latter, of course.

Angel, Doyle and Cordelia have to stop Indonesian slumlord Jusuf Rais and his family from raising the God of the Dead Latura, and causing hell to erupt onto Earth. While the immigrants toil in sweat shops, their wealthy employers are using them as demon fodder - so who ya gonna call? Angel Investigations of course!

Angel: Not Forgotten is a very fast-paced and particularly bloodthirsty tale that also gives us some insights into Angel’s checkered past in 18th century Ireland. With rather less humor than some other outings for the trio, and less dealing with their own squabbles, this story has plenty of action although the characterzation seemed sketchy at times. Exciting reading though – just the thing while waiting for the next television season to be shown.
