NOTICE TO ALL REGISTERED MEMBERS OF
MISHKEEGOGAMANG FIRST NATION

The Nomination meeting for the term of 2003 - 2005, will be held on JUNE 6, 2003 at the Community Hall, Reserve 63B in Mishkeegogamang, ON from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

All registered band members (18 years or older by July 18, 2003) are encouraged to submit their latest addresses to MARY WASSAYKEESIC (Electoral Officer) or LYNDA SPADE (Deputy Electoral Officer) by phone at 807 - 928-2414/2148; by fax at 807 - 928-2077/2388; or by email at lyndaspade@msn.com.

Also, be advised that the General Elections will be held on JULY 18, 2003, at the Community Hall, Reserve 63B in Mishkeegogamang, ON. Voting stations will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
