blood pressure is dangerous when it is not treated. People with high blood
pressure are more likely to have a heart attack or
a stroke.
High blood pressure
is a silent disease. Most people with high blood pressure don't have any
symptoms, so they don't know if
they have it unless their blood pressure is checked.
One out of four
people with high blood pressure is unaware of their condition.
