MAKE A CAREER IN PUBLIC HEALTH

Learning

Individual learning is the cornerstone of the ES Development Program.

Personal Learning Plan

All participants follow a Personal Learning Plan. This plan identifies the nature of job assignments and any specialized training needed to build required skills and competencies for promotion to the next ESDP level.

Learning Program

The ESDP participant is engaged in projects which are guided and documented through the ESDP Personal Learning Plan. The learning plan includes both formal and informal competency-based learning.
