Canadian Guidelines on Sexually Transmitted Infections

The 2006 Edition of the Canadian Guidelines on Sexually Transmitted Infections has been updated and reformatted to reflect changes in the diagnosis, management, treatment and prevention of STI and to accommodate future updates. The new version of the Guidelines has been formatted to fit a binder (81/2 by 11 inch sheets of paper). The chapters posted below are from the updated and reformatted version.

The Quick Reference document is being reviewed to determine any inconsistencies with the updated version of the Canadian Guidelines on Sexually Transmitted Infections. If using the Quick Reference document please refer to the full guidelines for specific information. Please consult this site for updates in the future.

As new evidence becomes available updates made to chapters/sections in the Guidelines will be posted and indicated by date of update (see the individual chapters below). Please replace these chapters/sections in your hard copy version of the Guidelines as required.
