Annual General Meeting 2010

Dear Members of the Canadian Conference of the Arts,

It is with pleasure that I invite you to the Canadian Conference of the Arts’ Annual General Meeting which will take place on Friday, June 18, 2010 from 4 to 5:30 pm at the Lord Elgin Hotel, 100 Elgin Street, Ottawa.

As in previous years, this will give you an opportunity to meet the Board of Governors, and to be informed on the CCA’s activities, advocacy priorities and progress. You can find the meeting agenda here.

We ask that you arrive at 3:45 p.m. to check in and confirm your voting status. The meeting will start at 4:00 sharp and should take no longer than 45 minutes. The meeting will be followed by a reception during which you will have an opportunity to discuss informally with the Board and with the Secretariat Staff.

If you cannot attend, we strongly encourage you to fill out a proxy designation form to designate someone who may vote on your behalf and send it back either by fax at (613) 238-4849 or by post at 406-130 Slater Street, Ottawa, ON K1P 6E2.
