The map also shows the property's later subdivisions. Lot 13 received by Edith Carr in 1912, bequeathed to Elizabeth Carr in 1920. Lot 14 received by Elizabeth Carr in 1912. Lot 17 received by Emily Carr in 1912. Lot 18 received by Clara Nicholles (nee Carr) in 1912. Lot 20 received by Alice Carr in 1912, with the triangular shaped parts receved by Edith but conveyed to Alice in 1920.
Lots 15 and 16 were conveyed to Richard Jones--Collector of Inland Revenue in trust in 1916.
The original Carr family property is outlined in blue. Outlined in red is the property owned by the Carr family in 1910. Outlined in green is the property received by Edith Carr, that was left to her in her father's will.
