The Eastern Blue Bird

blue, but instead has a rusty colored breast, and a white underside. The female only has blue on the tips of her wings and tail. They are not as numerous in the area as they used to be in the past, but are still spotted occasionally. Their song is a trilly chur, usually repeated three to four times. They are known for brightening up the gray gloomy winter, for they only come to the area in that season. They can be spotted in open country with scattered trees, on farmlands, along roadsides, and occasionally at a bird feeder.
