Fish Processing
Description: The roasting tongs or BBQ sticks holding the salmon have been rotated so that the salmon skin now faces the fire. The skin side of the salmon is turned towards the fire so that the fat from the salmon will melt and drain off. In this picture several salmon are being roasted around the fire at the same time.
