Also born in Brittany, Dagnaud arrived in Church Point in August 1899 to take over Father Blanche's position as Superior of Collège Sainte-Anne. His first task was to supervise the last details of construction of the new college. Dagnaud stayed in Church Point (1899-1908) and during these years, he worked hard towards the academic and physical development of the College. Recognized as one of the founding fathers of the institution, the science building erected in 1949 bears his name.
