The Regulatory Affairs and Orders in Council Secretariat (RAOIC) of the Privy
Council Office (PCO) is responsible for monitoring, coordinating and advising on
regulatory and Orders in Council issues and policies, and their consistency with
economic, social and federal-provincial policies. The RAOIC secretariat is
divided into the Regulatory Affairs Division and the Orders in Council Division.
The secretariat provides support to the Treasury Board (TB) with
respect to regulatory and Orders in Council matters.
