- Over the years, the Government of Canada has successfully established a “brand” that is recognized and respected. The challenge lies in leveraging the equity invested in the “brand”, to better distinguish government information in today’s complex communications environment.
- Finally, strong earned media activities and paid media must be used to more effectively inform Canadians of the government’s priorities. Ministers’ participation and involvement are critical to conveying government messages. We must do our part to ensure that Ministers can actively take this role.
