1800 O-Canada, Service Canada and Canada.gc.ca and its three sub-portals, which provide Canadians with a clear and constant choice of three service options.
- Establishing a direct contact or “relationship” with Canadians is one of the most effective methods for government to better serve and understand the views of Canadians, and for the government to demonstrate its role in their lives.
- A focus on service recognizes the important link communications can play between the government’s Service and Innovation and Government On-Line agendas.
