- The Canada wordmark will be used exclusively on every major campaign and on all associated materials;
- The Common Look and Feel, and the new corporate look, online and in all our electronic and print communications, will improve consistency and help Canadians more easily identify government information;
- The four core service attributes must be embedded in all our communications; and
- Consistent messaging on the three service delivery channels, 1 800 O-Canada, the Canada site andService Canada, will reinforce the message that the Government is commited to ensuring service choice for Canadians.
