In 2001, numerous departments collaborated in creating the Children’s product line, which brought all government services relating to children under one umbrella in the form of a service guide and a Web site that serves as a portal to government information. It was the focus of a television, radio, print and targeted distribution campaign, putting more than 1.5 million guides into the hands of Canadians.
In the fall of 2002, new Service Guides will be developed and distributed for Seniors and Aboriginals.
And over the next two years, the Government of Canada will undertake to create new service guides and associated marketing campaigns on:
Healthy Living;
Innovation, Skills and Learning; and
Environment.
