This Marketing Plan will support departments in applying the service, information and “branding” approach in their work.
It is about improving how we inform Canadians and ensuring easier access to service and information.
It is about improving how we develop and implement campaigns; and finally, it reinforces the importance of evaluation.
Departments should ensure that all communications officers, in the regions and the NCR, are aware of this plan, as well as all those involved in communicating about or delivering services to Canadians.
