Proactive Disclosure

The Government of Canada has implemented a requirement for the proactive disclosure of financial and human resources-related information by departments and agencies.

By making this information readily available, Canadians and Parliament are better able to hold the Government and public sector officials to account.

• Total annual expenditures for travel, hospitality and conferences for Health Canada (2011-2012)
• Proactive disclosure of contracts issued over $10,000
• Proactive disclosure of exceptions approved by a Minister under sections 6.3.6 and 6.3.7 of the Policy on Transfer payments
• Proactive disclosure of founded cases of wrongdoing
• Proactive disclosure of grants and contributions awarded over $25,000
• Proactive disclosure of Health Canada's travel, hospitality and conference expenses (2010-2011)
• Proactive disclosure of position reclassifications
• Proactive disclosure of travel and hospitality expenses for selected government officials
