| Comment: Federal Budget 2009 provides $200M over 2 years (FY 09/10 $100M and FY 10/11 $100M) to NRC-IRAP to enable it temporarily expand its initiative for SMEs. The NRC-IRAP's terms and conditions for contribution to firms were amended and approved in April 2009 to increase the contribution to firms to hire graduates from up to $15K to up to $30K per graduates. Note: This program has two terms and conditions: one for contributions to firms and one for contributions to organizations. | |||
