Use this form to apply to live in residence during the Regular Session Academic Year. You should submit your completed form along with a non-refundable fee of $40 CAD as soon as possible, as space is limited.

If you're leaving residence for the summer, please let the HSL Office know your new address by filling in the form below. You can drop it off at the AVM or PH Residence Offices or email it to residence@umanitoba.ca.

You also must change your address online in Aurora Student to keep your academic file current. HSL does not forward these forms to the Registrar's Office.
