Practice consultations are available to organizations experiencing professional practice challenges that could compromise client care.  

To be eligible for a consultation, an organization must have:

• identified a professional practice issue that impacts a nurse’s ability to act in accordance with the standards of practice of the profession;
• tried resolving the issue using available College resources, such as learning modules and teleconferences, that are specific to their issue;
• developed an overall plan with goals for addressing the issue; and
• created criteria to evaluate the impact of the plan on nursing practice.
