Christopher K. Morgan is senior lecturer in Business Management in the Faculty of Rural Management of the University of Sydney, Australia. He is also the associate dean (Teaching and Learning) and responsible for all coursework matters within the faculty. Anthony D. McKenzie

Tony McKenzie is an educational developer in the Faculty of Rural Management of the University of Sydney, Australia. He works with staff on teaching strategies in on-campus and distance offerings, and broader curriculum matters, including the faculty's move towards flexible delivery.
