Cancellation Policy
Please note the cut-off date for cancellation is September 30, 2011. All cancellations must be received in writing by this date. Full registration, less a $50 processing fee, will be refunded only to cancellations received by the above date. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2011 – without exception.
