Application of anti-dumping and countervailing duties
- This memorandum refers to the application of anti-dumping and countervailing duty to importations of thermoelectric containers that provide cooling and/or warming with the use of a passive heat sink and a thermoelectric module, excluding liquid dispensers, originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.

Summary
This memorandum refers to the application of antidumping and countervailing duty in accordance with section 3 of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) to importations of thermoelectric containers that provide cooling and/or warming with the use of a passive heat sink and a thermoelectric module, excluding liquid dispensers, originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China. These duties are applied as a result of the findings of injury by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.
