HRIS Replacement Project

The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Replacement Project is one of the four key initiatives within Human Resources Services Modernization Initiative (HRSM) to achieve improved HR services delivery in departments and agencies. The HRIS replacement project will replace the current legacy system, which is at the end of its life cycle with a new robust system that addresses the business requirements of HRIS member departments, and ensures members are positioned to meet the challenges of transformation initiatives and priorities within the GC. The project will integrate the common HR business processes, make service delivery more efficient and provide HRIS clients with a single access to the PeopleSoft v 9.1 Standard configuration.
