The administration offices are located in Montreal, Toronto and Edmonton and extend their reach throughout Canada.  The agency has also established call centers in Sherbrooke, Halifax, Sturgeon Falls and Winnipeg.

Montreal, an energizing, electrifying and amazing city. Montreal beats to the rhythm of its festivals: jazz, comedy, fireworks and much more. The city beckons you to discover its fashionable boutique and fame cuisine.

Toronto, the Queen City, offers fascinating new experiences. Applaud a Broadway-style musical or take in a comedy club or a dinner theatre. Shop for designer couture or have a gastronomic adventure in one of the 5,000 restaurants the city offered.

Edmonton, come play, shop or just relax in a city known for its style, sports, history and adventure where museums and gallery exhibits compete with the West Edmonton Mall, the World’s largest entertainment and shopping centre. Grab your golf club and play at one of the 71 regional golf courses or enjoy a warm latte in the historic Old Strathcona.

Employees working in regional offices are involved in three main activities;

  • Statistical Survey Operations – data collection
  • Advisory Services – consulting, customized production  and liaison with specific client groups
  • Management Services and Informatics – human resources, finances, administration and informatics

Data collection constitutes a large parts of the work performed in a regional office. The majority of the employees in the regions are interviewers.

Account executives working in advisory services explain and analyze data and develop tailored solutions to users needs.  These solutions are often unique to the region they serve.
