All of our publications are free of charge, including the CDs.

How long does it take to receive the publications by mail?

 

 

Answer 4:

 

Delivery may take between 4 to 6 weeks. Please ensure that we have all the necessary information for delivery: the title of the publication, your first and last name, full Canadian mailing address (including postal code) and a telephone number where you can be reached during the day.

How many copies of any publication may I order? May I order more than one copy?

Normally, you may receive one copy of the publication you order.

You may only order up to 10 different titles.

Yes, you may order multiple copies for a special event. However, advance notice and justification are required.

Publications may not be reproduced for commercial purposes but any other reproduction with proper credit, consent and acknowledgements, is encouraged.

All of the Division's publications are available in both English and French. They can also be made available, upon request, in alternative formats, such as computer diskette, CD and large print. Please contact the Division of Aging and Seniors with your special request.
