A report prepared for the Federal, Provincial and Territorial Ministers responsible for seniors to gain a better understanding of the programs and services available in the field of continuing care across the country. The report provides: 1) an up-to-date description of the terminology, structure and components of Continuing Care in all provinces and territories and 2) an easy-to-use framework that incorporates all systems and components, to facilitate reference and comparison of system and component features between jurisdictions.
