Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres are designated by the Public Health Agency of Canada in order to meet the requirements of the International Health Regulations (External link) . These were developed to prevent and respond to certain public health risks that have the potential to cross borders.
Currently, yellow fever is the only disease listed in the International Health Regulations for which vaccination may be required to enter certain countries.
Please note that the Public Health Agency of Canada does not provide medical advice to individual travellers. For advice specific to your travel plans, please consult a health care provider.
