National Science Library Program

The National Science Library Program is laying the foundation for a networked STM information infrastructure that will enable more effective horizontal collaboration in the scientific community and accelerate the discovery and innovation process as called for in Canada's federal Science and Technology (S &T) strategy. Our comprehensive collection of print and electronic STM information from around the world is the foundation for the Information Intelligence Services and discovery tools we offer.

NRC-CISTI provides quick and easy on-line access to full-text journal articles, conference proceedings, books and databases as well as to personalized on-site library services.

Supporting Canada's health sector by providing cost-effective and timely access to a network of medical information, NRC-CISTI is contributing to the development of a national STM information infrastructure through partnerships with stakeholders and communities across Canada.

NRC Research Press

NRC Research Press is Canada's leading scientific publisher with 16 highly-ranked journals for the National Research Council along with a growing number of affiliated journals in all scientific disciplines. NRC Research Press is also Canada's only bilingual publisher of scientific monographs and publishes between eight and ten monographs yearly. Using an advanced and efficient publishing process, NRC Research Press is actively pursuing agreements and partnerships with content providers in Canada and around the world, in support of disseminating research to accelerate the discovery and innovation process.
