Act Respecting Access to Documents Held by Public Bodies and the Protection of Personal Information (current as of May 1st, 2007).Â Applies to the personal information holdings of the provincial, regional, municipal and local governments
Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (current as of May 1st, 2007) applies to personal information held by private sector businesses operating in Québec.
