The Annotated Inventory of ESL/LINC Computer Resources with CLB Ratings provides computer-assisted language  learning (CALL) information for LINC and adult ESL programs. These products were rated according to the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) standards.

What supporting background documents are included with the Annotated Inventory?

  • an introductory guide to technology planning
  • extensive glossary of computer-related terms
  • an index of Resources

Which titles in the inventory do not have CLB ratings?

  • word processors or keyboarding programs which can be used at all levels,
  • products with authoring features which allow the teacher to input material suitable for any level,
  • products used to create materials appropriate for any level such as word searches and crossword puzzles, and
  • reviews submitted by partnering organizations, such as Alpha Ontario
