The rodeo grounds lie in the heart of the Kispiox valley. The valley separates stunning mountains and is divided by many spectacular rivers, including its name sake, the Kispiox. Many rodeo pioneers have spent their entire lives in this valley, and events at the Kispiox Valley Rodeo(KVR) reflect elements of a different place in time, back when horses were daily part of everyone's life.

Although events are standardized across the country, every rodeo has a few local traditions that make your time there unique.
The pioneers that helped shape our valley also passed along the KVR. The hard work and extra effort given by these people has resulted in The Biggest Little Rodeo In The West!
Its difficult to enjoy an event if you can't get to it. Here are a couple of hints to help you on your way.
