Artifacts
Since the first settlement in 1604, two other outposts
were established on Saint Croix Island. In total, 60 to
80 thousand pieces of artifact were recovered from the earth
on the island. Some of the artifacts from the original settlement are catalogued
below as evidence of the first colony
