Born and raised in Northern Manitoba, Theodore attended Red River Community College and works as both printmaker and commercial artist. Her work is currently represented by "Limited Editions" - an art distributor located in Toronto, Ontario, and Verkeke Publishing, located in Holland.

Her work is an exploration of colour, pattern, and texture ("I like the "exotic-ness" of rich blues and siennas and the way in which space "bends" to accommodate pattern.") Her goal is to provide the viewer with a moment of calm beauty.

Theodore has had many exhibitions including Women's Work, Carnegie Gallery, Dundas, Ontario (1993) and Bountiful Women Exhibition, Hamilton, Ontario (1994).
