Employment Equity Reports
Employment equity is an underlying value of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada. We are committed to ensuring equal opportunity in our workplace for all employees.
The Canadian Human Rights Commission monitors the performance of the OAG through a review of the annual reports submitted to the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Every year in the spring, we submit to the Treasury Board of Canada a Report on Employment Equity that highlights our employment equity activities, and presents information on the representation of designated groups within the Office.
