July 16, 2013 - We have posted two new policies: Our Media Policy provides guidelines for the use of electronic and wireless devices by the media and the public attending the hearings, and our Adjournment Policy sets out guidelines to ensure that all parties to a complaint have their matter heard within a reasonable time. These two policies can be found in the "Tribunal Administration" section under "Policies".

Protection from reprisal. Your Right. Our Mission. Wrongdoings and reprisals Reporting wrongdoing Protection against reprisals

The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal is an independent quasi-judicial body created to protect public servants who report wrongdoing from reprisals.

Established by the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, the Tribunal's mandate is to hear reprisal complaints referred by the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner.

The Tribunal can grant remedies in favour of complainants and order disciplinary action against persons who take reprisals.

The members of the Tribunal are Federal Court judges.
