Dr. Susan Tresman earned her Ph.D in Vertebrate Palaeontology at the Natural History Museum and King's College London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Science Teaching with Distinction at the University of Cambridge. Dr. Tresman accomplishments include helping establish the Centre of Science Education at the Open University UK. Her areas of research involves developing models for continued professional development in primary science, the development of distance learning post graduate science curriculum, teaching frameworks at a distance, and modeling student retention within distance learning higher education institutions.
