Conference participants fall into two broad groups;
Þ Front-line staff including DSWs, clinicians; therapist and case-workers
Þ Management including program managers, supervisors and HR personnel

OADD understands that different terminology is used by different service sectors and that all of us experience labels appropriate to each situation at various times in our lives. Participant questions regarding terminology will be directed back to presenters.
Presenter Attendance policy
OADD provides a variety of participant registration options including 3-day, 2-day and 1-day pricing. Presenters who will not be attending other sessions will be automatically registered to attend their own session only, free of charge.
A maximum of two presenters per session who wish to attend other sessions may request a $55 discount for registration. Please contact the OADD office at oadd@oadd.org to apply
